- Account & Coaching: goals, fitness history, health/nutrition preferences, device/app IDs, activity logs you choose to share.
- Transaction & Billing: billing details and payment metadata (card data processed by secure payment gateways).
- Usage & Technical: IP, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, analytics.
- Communications: website forms, email, WhatsApp, calendar bookings (e.g., Calendly), social DMs/comments.
- Marketing Preferences: opt-ins, unsubscribes, engagement.
2. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you: forms, bookings, surveys, onboarding, support.
Under POPIA, we aim to collect information directly from the data subject unless another lawful basis applies.
