Athlete Insight Coaching — Global Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, online coaching, communication platforms, or social media pages (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 16 years or older, or the minimum digital consent age in your country.
- You agree to provide accurate, updated information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
3. Nature of Services
Athlete Insight Coaching is a division of Mad Wolf (Pty) Ltd and operates globally through digital platforms including:
- Everfit
- TriDot® / RunDot®
- Calendly
- Email services
- Google services (Analytics, Email, Drive, Meet, authentication)
- Microsoft Teams
We may modify, enhance, or discontinue specific features as required.
4. Health, Safety & Medical Disclaimer
- Athlete Insight Coaching is not a medical provider.
- All coaching, fitness, performance, and nutrition guidance is educational only.
- You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.
- You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical activity.
5. Fees, Payments & Billing
- Fees are displayed during sign‑up and may vary depending on currency, payment providers, or exchange rates. All pricing displayed on our website, promotional material, or communication channels applies only to athletes residing in South Africa.International.
- Pricing will be communicated directly at signup or enquiry.
- Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers; we do not store full card details.
- By enrolling, you authorise recurring monthly billing until cancelled in accordance with these
- Terms.We do not store full card information at any time.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Notice Period (Global Policy)
6.1 Monthly Subscription Service
Coaching and services are provided monthly only. No per‑session or drop‑in services exist.
6.2 Minimum Commitment
All coaching plans require a minimum 3‑month commitment.
6.3 Month‑to‑Month Continuation
After the initial 3‑month commitment, Services continue month‑to‑month automatically until cancelled.
6.4 Cancellation Notice Requirement
A full 1‑month written notice is required.
Notice must be sent via:

Billing remains payable during the final notice month.
6.5 Refund Policy
- All payments are non‑refundable, including partial months, inactivity, illness, or non‑participation.
- We do not offer prorated or partial refunds.
- This applies worldwide except where mandatory consumer laws override (rare but possible).
6.6 Coach‑Initiated Termination
We may terminate Services in cases of:
- Non‑payment Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct
- Safety concerns
- Violations of these Terms
Refunds do not apply.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in bullying, harassment, discrimination, or illegal behaviour
- Share harmful, explicit, defamatory, or misleading content Infringe intellectual property
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, programs, branding, materials, graphics, and training documents belong to Mad Wolf (Pty) Ltd, trading through the division Athlete Insight Coaching.
You receive a personal licence for private use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
9. User‑Generated Content
Any content you voluntarily provide (feedback, messages, progress updates) may be used for service improvements.
We will never publish private information, likeness, or testimonials without your explicit written permission.
10. Global Privacy & Data Protection
We comply with South Africa’s POPIA, and align with major international privacy laws including:

Each platform operates under its own Terms & Privacy Policies.
We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or the privacy practices of these third‑party services.
13. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available”.
- We do not guarantee specific athletic results, performance improvements, or weight changes.
- External platform uptime or continuity cannot be guaranteed.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted worldwide:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is capped at the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.
Some regions may limit liability restrictions; where required, mandatory rights apply.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Mad Wolf (Pty) Ltd and its division, Athlete Insight Coaching, harmless from any claims arising out of:
- Misuse of the Services
- Violations of these Terms
- Violations of applicable laws
16. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
Payment obligations, IP restrictions, and notice requirements continue after termination.
17. Governing Law & International Protections
- Primary governing law: Republic of South Africa
- International users retain non‑waivable rights under their local laws
- Legal disputes must be resolved in South African courts unless mandatory local law requires otherwise
